Over the years, with care and love, we have transformed the country house and villa of Cafaggio di Sopra into an exclusive retreat, where every detail is designed to provide a unique experience. Just 19 km from Florence, this Tuscan oasis offers a breathtaking view of the valley, with the main house, a medieval tower and a stone barn, finely restored into an independent suite. Our guests can relax in the private pool, have a barbecue, walk or go on bike and horseback excursions thanks to the nearby riding stables.

HIGHLIGHTS
The main house and the detached suite (the barn) feature 6 bedrooms and can up to 11 guests. They can enjoy the swimming pool, the barbecue area, the garden, and the surrounding spaces, all set against stunning panoramic views.

The sleeping area extends over multiple levels, with bright and cozy spaces. The master bedroom, featuring an elegant canopy bed and private bathroom, is the intimate heart of the house, perfect for those seeking peace and comfort. Other bedrooms offer generous spaces, double beds or sofa beds, making them ideal for families or small groups. Each room has its own personality, inspired by the warm tones of the Tuscan landscape: rustic décor, sunlit corners, and relaxing views of the greenery.
A small single walk-through room, simple yet functional, can be used if needed. A baby cot is always available, and a second can be provided upon request. Here, sleep comes easily, lulled by the sounds of nature and a gentle breeze greeting every morning.

Once a working hayloft, today this two-level house offers a romantic retreat with a fireplace, kitchen, and loft bedroom. Perfect for a couple, it can accommodate up to four guests—a place to breathe in the authenticity of the Tuscan countryside.

At the heart of the suite, a rustic yet functional kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. An ideal space to cook together, after a walk through the hills, savoring the flavors of the land.
Lounge Area
The living room, with fireplace and sofa bed, is an open invitation to unwind—reading, listening to music, or chatting. Each evening fills the room with warm light and peaceful silence, creating a space made simply for feeling good.
Rustic Loft Bedroom
On the upper floor, a cozy loft bedroom with a double bed overlooks the garden. The wooden ceiling and the subtle scent of time create an intimate atmosphere—perfect for dreaming in absolute tranquility.
The Bathroom
Simple yet refined, with shower, towels, and essential toiletries. Clean, comfortable, and discreet—everything you need to recharge after a day of sunshine, nature, and walks.

A fully equipped barbecue and pizza corner—complete with wood-fired oven and firewood provided—awaits guests right next to the house. This is where cooking becomes a shared ritual, a glass of wine is always at hand, and the joy of simple pleasures is rediscovered under the Tuscan sky.
Swimming Pool
The private pool, surrounded by silence, is open from April to October. Time here stretches out between swims and sunlit reading sessions. The sun deck with loungers completes the experience of total relaxation.
